A few days ago the South Basildon and East Thurrock, Brentwood and Billericay Conservative Futures came together to launch a target campaign working group for CF. We know what our respective agendas are, we will meet to share our ideas and to provide help with our individual agendas. This will be a new age of cooperation between any CF branches and we can now capitalise on our CF building talents together to best fight an election campaign in an clear, fast and methodical way.

The 3 constituencies were represented by Brentwood association president and councillor Gordon Maclellan, Billericay deputy chairman and councillor Luke Mackenzie and SBET association chairman Mark Coxshall and SBET PPC Stephen Metcalfe and the CF branches were represented by their chairman – Alex maclellan, Alan Richards and myself.

Our branches have agreed that though this group we will be one of the largest and most forceful cf movements in the country, and in the upcoming elections, we intend to demonstrate that.
