A team of London Conservative Future members travelled to Burton & Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, on a special campaign tour for the weekend to help Andrew Griffiths PPC deliver over 7,000 pieces of literature to voters. The activists arrived in Burton late on Friday night after a lengthy drive from Millbank HQ, but were up at 8AM for a breakfast briefing on campaign strategy, before hitting the streets at 9AM.
Burton & Uttoxeter is an absolutely crucial target seat for the next election and London CF was delighted to help support a great candidate by delivering over 7,000 pieces of literature across the constituency

The team braved tough weather conditions and heavy rain on the Saturday, but still managed to surpass delivery targets in the first session. After a long day of leafleting the group headed out to experience Burton’s nightlife, but were up bright and early the next morning for the second day of campaigning in the target seat.
Famous for its brewing heritage, Burton & Uttoxeter has fallen victim to Labour’s high taxes which have cost jobs and damaged businesses across the area.
By getting out and campaigning on the doorstep, voters can see that in Andrew they have a candidate that will stand up for Burton & Uttoxeter and offer real change for the future.
