Spring Forum ‘Brightons Up’ Conservative Campaign

London CF makes waves in Watford

London Conservative Future spent the weekend campaigning in Watford for PPC Richard Harrington and the local action team. The event, which included a detailed campaign briefing and constituency profile session, saw a dozen activists spend Saturday and Sunday on the campaign trail in the top target seat.

London CF kicks off 2010 Target Seats campaign

Last night London Conservative Future officially launched its 2010 Target Seats campaign at The Morpeth arms in Westminster. The event, which was attended by over 70 young activists from across London and beyond marks the formal start of the campaign support programme pledged by the regional committee to help target seat candidates.

Launching London Conservative Future into 2010

Since its launch in January 2009, London Conservative Future has made a huge contribution to the party’s campaign effort both on the ground and over the phone. Our huge network of volunteers has created fresh new branches from in the North, South, East and West of London, recruiting hundreds of new members and encouraging young people to play a part in politics.

It seems like only yesterday that we launched London Conservative Future at the Old Bank of England with Eric Pickles and Liam Fox. Since then, our activists have successfully managed numerous campaign days both on the ground and at the GenEVA telephone canvassing studio. London CF Calls 4 Change @ Xmas

On Monday 21st London Conservative activists hit the phones at CCHQ’s state-of-the-art GenEVA telephone canvassing studio to speak to voters in Carshalton and Wallington. The event, which was accompanied by mince pies and Christmas crackers, saw activists engage with local residents on behalf of Prospective Parliamentary Candidate Ken Andrew.
The canvassing session was officially the last GenEVA event of 2009, which has been running consistently every Monday night with activists from in London and beyond.

London CF knocks 4 change in Loughborough

Last weekend a team of London Conservative Future activists travelled by minibus to Loughborough for a weekend of campaigning with PPC Nicky Morgan. The event, which was in partnership with local activists in the area, saw thousands of new voters canvassed and literature delivered in a top target seat.

London CF supports Poppy Appeal

London Conservative Future activists have been supporting CLWCF’s Poppy Appeal at selected stations across London. The volunteer teams have been poppy selling and helping raid funds for The Poppy Appeal, which supports The Royal British Legion.
Ed Hallam, Chairman of Cities of London & Westminster CF said, “The Poppy Appeal provides vital support for our heroes and their families and it’s vital that as many activists as possible are out and about helping the effort to raise as much money as possible.”

London CF campaigns 4 change in Lewisham East

On Saturday London Conservative Future activists headed to Lewisham East for a campaign day with PPC Jonathan Clamp.

The campaign saw activists delivered thousands of pieces of literature in the top target seat.

“It was great to see so many London Conservative Future activists out and about supporting a key campaign,” said Serene Richards, London Conservative Future.
