William Hague visited target seats in the North East yesterday in the run up to the general election. He met with locals from around the region on the street to chat about the change that the Conservatives can bring to the area and the dangers of a hung parliament. The reception that he received was fantastic with locals stopping to wish him and the party luck and to have a quick snap with him.
When he reached Tynemouth he was greeted with a crowd of local supporters, CF and members of the …
From the Blue Blog: I look back at 2009, which saw CF almost triple its number of branches in the North East region.

The campaign which will be running throughout the Region will encourage young people to go out and vote in the European, Local and General elections.
Our campaign will take us into local schools, colleges and youth groups where we will emphasize the importance of voting as a young person and the links between voting and democracy.

Eric Pickles visited CF members in North Shields whilst we were conducting a street surgery on behalf of Lynda Arkley, our Mayoral Candidate.
CF, as always, have been out every wednesday and saturday working with both Lynda and Wendy Morton in North Shields and Tynemouth.
